Performance C8 Camshafts
We worked closely with Jim Wolf Technology to develop these cams. We also tested these cams extensively in our own drag Maxima with absolutely fantastic results! These are the largest cams available for the stock piston 2009+ Maxima engine!!!
The JWT C8/RZ cams are designed exclusively for the FWD VQ35DE 2009+ Maxima engine. A 272 degree intake duration
with an aggressive 12mm lift requires this profile to be used with JWT
valve spring set. These cams are designed for use in engines with stock
pistons, and are the largest cams possible for stock pistons (2009+ Maxima engine only). ECU tuning is required after these cams are installed!

Applications:
Note: If you will be installing these camshafts into a 09'-14' Maxima engine, Different retainers are required. If you have a 16'+ engine, these are not required. These retainers are available for an additional $150. Please be sure to select the correct option prior to placing your order.
Also, To take full advantage of these cams, the rev limiter needs
to be extended much higher than stock. In order to do this safely, We recommend upgrading the oil pump to our high volume/high rpm oil pump with Billet pump gears. And of course, a non-leaking oil gallery gasket is always beneficial to have.
