I ordered a simple pigtail wire connector and it said the expected delivery was in 5 days, been checking the tracking app and it has been sitting in the same place for the past 4 and now has no arrival date (it’s already past the delivery date). Please find my product and ship it to me ASAP  _____________________RESPONCE FROM NISFORMANCE-  first time hearing about any issue just checked the tracking seems the shipping company has a delay and you have not received the package yet.  I'm sure you understand  we use shipping companies to deliver orders to customers.  We will look into it further.
